RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Be the front-line representative for incoming calls and walk-ins.
- Assist staff in customer service tasks to alleviate workload.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service and the retention of our 30+ year book of business.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must have a very professional, upbeat demeanor and proactive attitude
